🚚 Order Processing & Shipping
Once your order is placed, we’ll begin processing it immediately.
- In-stock items typically ship within 1–3 business days.
- Custom orders require a non-refundable design fee of $50.00, due before any customization begins.
- Once your custom design is approved, full payment is required to move forward.
- Production time for custom orders is 7–14 business days after payment is received.
- Orders are shipped via USPS, with delivery expected within 3–7 business days.

🔄 Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your Jerzii Headz gear.
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
- All returns must be pre-approved and items must be returned before a refund can be issued.
- If your item is defective, we’ll inspect it and send you a replacement if approved.
- Once we receive the returned items, refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
