The reversible design fee is $50.00. It allows you to get 2 hats in 1, with different designs on each side. This is a one-time fee per design.

Yes — a $100 deposit is required to start production. This deposit goes toward your final total. Full payment must be made before your hat moves into production.

  • Design time: Begins after your $50 fee is paid

  • Production time: 7–14 business days after your design is approved and full payment is received

  • Shipping time: 3–7 business days via USPS

No. The $50 design fee is non-refundable, even if you choose not to move forward with your order after the design process.

Yes — returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • We must receive the item before a refund or replacement can be issued.

  • Refunds process within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned item.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If your hat is defective, we’ll inspect and replace it if approved.

No. If you’re placing a repeat order using the same design, you won’t be charged the design fee again.
