1. How do I place an order for a custom hat?
Click any bright ORDER NOW button across the site. You’ll be taken to the order page where you’ll find pricing details and a form to submit:

2. What is the reversible design fee?
The reversible design fee is $50.00. It allows you to get 2 hats in 1, with different designs on each side. This is a one-time fee per design.
3. Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes — a $100 deposit is required to start production. This deposit goes toward your final total. Full payment must be made before your hat moves into production.
4. How long does a custom order take?
Design time: Begins after your $50 fee is paid
Production time: 7–14 business days after your design is approved and full payment is received
Shipping time: 3–7 business days via USPS
Note: Colors may slightly vary once printed on fabric.
6. Is the $50 design fee refundable?
No. The $50 design fee is non-refundable, even if you choose not to move forward with your order after the design process.
7. Can I return or exchange my hat?
Yes — returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
We must receive the item before a refund or replacement can be issued.
Refunds process within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned item.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If your hat is defective, we’ll inspect and replace it if approved.
8. What if I gave the wrong shipping address?
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect address information.
9. Will I be charged again for reordering the same design?
No. If you’re placing a repeat order using the same design, you won’t be charged the design fee again.
10. How long does it take to receive my custom hat?
Once your design is approved and full payment is made, custom orders take 7–14 business days to process, plus 3–7 business days for shipping via USPS.
