1. Products & Custom Orders
All hats sold by Jerzii Headz are custom-designed based on your input.
By placing an order, you agree that you have reviewed and confirmed your design description carefully.
Once a design is approved and payment is received in full, production will begin.
2. Pricing & Payments
Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise.
A non-refundable $50 design fee applies to each custom order (or per design).
A deposit of $100 may be required before production starts.
Full payment must be received before the hat is manufactured and shipped.
3. Bulk Orders
Bulk pricing is applied automatically based on quantity.
Orders of 500+ hats must be discussed directly for a custom quote.
Design fee and shipping charges are not included in the per-unit price.
4. Color & Design Disclaimer
Final colors may vary slightly due to fabric printing processes.
Design previews are shared for approval before production begins.
Once approved, no changes can be made to the design.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
We will provide tracking details once your order ships.
Delivery times may vary based on location and order size.
6. Refunds & Cancellations
Because all hats are custom-made, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the product is defective or incorrect due to our error.
If you cancel after design work has begun, the design fee is non-refundable.
If a cancellation is approved before production starts, we may refund part of the payment excluding the design fee.
7. Intellectual Property
All Jerzii Headz hat designs, logos, and marketing materials are our property and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
If you submit artwork (logos, jersey images, etc.), you confirm you have the right to use them.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for:
Delays due to incorrect shipping information
Color or size differences caused by user input
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
